Limited Warranty on Highline LED both Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Fixtures
Highline LED warrants the following catalogued indoor and outdoor lighting products and component parts to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser, as applicable, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable period specified below.
Outdoor Lighting Fixtures
Five (5) years from the date of purchase
Indoor Lighting Fixtures
One (1) year to five (5) years from the date of purchase.

What is covered?
The Highline LED warranty does not require registration; however, each warranty claim is subject to approval and applicable to the original purchaser as identified on the purchase invoice. The warranty provides coverage for the cost of Highline LED brand products purchased from authorized Highline LED partner retailers that are defective in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with published product technical specification for a period of 1-Year, 3-Years or 5-Years from the original date of purchase from Highline LED.
If a product is defective, the warranty will cover product replacement with one way shipping free charged to you.
Exact product replacements are subject to availability. We offer store credit, or a similar product of equal or lesser value as replacement of your choice. We may send you an updated model if your specific model has been discontinued without comparable inventory at the time of the claim. Chat with us for discontinued model list.
Items sent as replacements participate in our sustainability initiative by reusing and recycling packaging material and may incorporate certified refurbished parts with minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting the function and quality of products.
What is not covered?
The Warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to non-Highline LED products, purchases from unauthorized resellers, or services including shipping cost, installation for, or removal of products. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or negligence. Highline LED cannot warrant against damages or delay caused by transportation, carrier, or acts of God. Should there be a mistake on your order, contact us within 7 business days upon delivery, or customer support can best guide you to a solution.
This Warranty does not apply:
To consumable parts, such as accessories or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken mounts connectors unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
